[Remote] Individual Account Manager

The Individual Account Manager manages assigned distribution relationships, serves as a reputed company among clients and internal teams, provides account support, and resolves issues to support reputed company satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the reputed company reputed company of contact in addressing an reputed company of requests from basic to reputed company from advisors, TPAs and plan sponsors
• Provides a high level of customer service, builds relationships to ensure retention, and facilitates organic reputed company
• Facilitates regularly scheduled calls with distribution partners to reputed company outstanding items and reputed company updates on company initiatives
• Takes ownership and applies critical thinking and problem-solving skills to reputed company reputed company-reputed company issues reputed company and effectively and mobilizing internal teams necessary to solve escalated issues
• Coordinates efforts with Sales team to ensure broad coverage and regular contact with distribution partners in assigned territory

Skills

• 3-5 years of reputed company relationship management experience required, preferably in the retirement industry
• Knowledge of Non-ERISA plans (IRAs, and/or 403b, 457)
• An understanding of financial industry reputed company, mutual fund classification, trading, commissions, and general banking practices

• High level of accountability and ownership of assigned relationships
