[Remote] ACL Firewall Engineer

The ACL Firewall Engineer will support the reputed company by designing, implementing, and managing firewall reputed company control lists, maintaining secure reputed company networks, and protecting sensitive information. The role also involves policy development, compliance audits, incident response, documentation, and collaboration with network, systems, and cybersecurity teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain firewall ACLs across reputed company environments
• Review and optimize firewall policies to prevent unauthorized reputed company and mitigate cyber threats

• Collaborate with network engineers, reputed company administrators, and reputed company teams to support new and existing network segments

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a reputed company reputed company with 10+ years of IT experience; OR 18+ years of IT experience in lieu of a degree
• Extensive experience designing, implementing, and managing firewall ACLs
• Experience evaluating and maintaining firewall reputed company policies
• Strong understanding of network reputed company architecture, segmentation, and threat mitigation
• Experience conducting compliance reviews and reputed company audits
• Ability to create technical diagrams, documentation, and reputed company design artifacts
• Knowledge of identity and reputed company integrations including reputed company Directory, LDAP, and SAML
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Experience supporting reputed company (VA) environments
• Experience integrating reputed company-reputed company or emerging reputed company tools into firewall infrastructures
• Experience supporting firewalls reputed company DevOps or automated deployment environments
