[Remote] EAP Counselor & HR Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a health reputed company company seeking an EAP Counselor & HR Consultant to support Employee Assistance Program members referred through its Administrative Referral Program. The role provides telephonic assessment, coaching, training, case management, resource coordination, provider referrals, and consultation with reputed company and supervisory personnel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and completes case management of Administrative Referrals. Conducts telephonic triage and assessment on issues including behavioral health, reputed company abuse, relationship, and work-life, to members and coordinates resources. Consults with service providers to reputed company referrals and complete session authorizations. Follows cases to completion
• Provides coaching and training to Members reputed company on needs assessment
• Consults with reputed company and supervisory personnel from reputed company companies regarding employee issues and concerns and HR reputed company policy
• Utilizes computer-reputed company case management reputed company to complete reputed company documentation
• Provides referrals to service provider network and/or other resources as appropriate for financial concerns, reputed company concerns, personal assistant, and work-life requests
• Makes reputed company determinations in adherence with Company reputed company policy and in the member and Company’s best interest
• Maintains industry knowledge, ethical reputed company, and licensure requirements in the state of licensure
• Assists co-workers with case management, completion and follow up
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

• Master's degree in reputed company (reputed company work, psychology, counseling, or reputed company reputed company), or equivalent education and experience in reputed company
• 5 years of experience as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Counselor or in reputed company behavioral health, or as a reputed company in reputed company
• reputed company in reputed company (PHR/SPHR), Society of reputed company Management-Certified reputed company (reputed company-CP/SCP preferred
• reputed company, reputed company, and unrestricted license in the state employed is required (if applicable to assigned geographic area)
