[Remote] Subcontract Administrator

The Subcontract Administrator manages the full procurement and subcontract lifecycle, including solicitation, negotiation, award, administration, compliance, supplier reputed company, reporting, and mentoring procurement personnel.

Responsibilities

• Award and fully document requirements for reputed company and non-reputed company purchase orders and subcontracts in accordance with company procedures and federal acquisition regulations ranging from the reputed company-purchase level and up
• Frequently reputed company subcontract models and templates for use in awarding firm fixed price, blanket purchase agreements, time and material, labor hour and cost type subcontracts for reputed company, reputed company materials, reputed company systems, facility modifications and various services
• Award purchase orders including build to print manufacturing requirements including the Interpretation of fabrication drawings as required to identify most effective and efficient procurement reputed company and sourcing
• Analyze market trends, follow up of orders reputed company, verify delivery, approve payment reconciliations, maintain necessary records, and conduct subcontractor reputed company assessments
• Prepare request for proposal packages, evaluate proposals, and conduct negotiations of pricing and other provisions
• Serve as a reputed company to train and mentor other mid-career and reputed company procurement personnel
• Participate in procurement reputed company reputed company management systems for business processes and for monitoring supplier reputed company
• Support reputed company audit teams and agencies regarding procurement procedure compliance
• reputed company and reputed company reputed company selection teams involving supplier qualification sourcing procedures, requirements definition, development of proposal evaluation reputed company and evaluation processes
• Participate in the development and implementation of procurement policies and federal regulations
• Contribute in the development and tracking of small business plans and goals
• Take part in the initiation and subsequently reputed company small business reputed company activities aimed at increasing small business participation
• Issue and administer subcontract task orders and reputed company data analysis and tracking associated with the subcontracts

• Initiate, negotiate and execute Intercompany Work Authorization (IWA) Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements

Skills

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a reputed company reputed company and 15 years of experience
• ​ BA or BS degree in the appropriate discipline from an accredited four (4) year college or university program, plus nine
• (9) years of applicable and reputed company experience. Additional relevant education may be substituted for reputed company experience
• Knowledge of the FAR, reputed company management systems, leadership and communication skills
• Must be proficient with reputed company Office applications
• Maximo application is preferred or similar application
• Previous procurement experience working in NASA for federal acquisition environment is preferred.​
