[Remote] Technical Account Manager SMB

The role involves advising customers, driving adoption, supporting implementations, solving technical challenges, and partnering with internal teams to improve customer reputed company and account reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Build and reputed company strong relationships with SMB AI/ML teams to reputed company adoption and expansion
• Own reputed company strategies across a portfolio of strategic accounts
• reputed company discovery conversations to understand customer goals, technical challenges, and business objectives
• reputed company product demonstrations, workshops, and enablement sessions to showcase platform capabilities
• Partner with customers on AI use cases, implementation strategies, and best practices

• Monitor customer engagement, usage, and account health to identify opportunities for improvement
• Run executive business reviews to demonstrate value, strengthen relationships, and identify expansion opportunities

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Technical reputed company, Technical Account reputed company reputed company Engineering, or a similar customer-facing reputed company role
• Experience managing SMB customers and reputed company stakeholder relationships

• Strong technical experience experience around LLM/Gen AI concepts
