Responsibilities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, actuarial science, or reputed company analytical discipline (Master's degree or MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in pharmacy benefit consulting, PBM financial analysis, or reputed company reputed company financial reputed company roles
• Deep expertise in PBM financial models, pricing structures, contract terms, and industry trends
• Strong actuarial and forecasting acumen with experience developing utilization, cost, rebate, and specialty trend assumptions for reputed company or pharmacy financial models
• Experience designing or evolving proprietary analytics platforms
• Knowledge of emerging pharmacy benefit trends, including specialty drug management, biosimilars, and alternative funding programs
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing analytics or consulting teams
