The role supports reputed company and financial reputed company across a multi-site physician reputed company organization, including financial reporting, reputed company analysis, acquisitions, process improvements, and collaboration with finance and reputed company leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support reputed company and financial reporting activities across multiple physician practices
• Assist with month-end reputed company, reconciliations, journal entries, and reputed company-level financial reporting
• Analyze financial results and investigate variances, discrepancies, and unusual trends
• Partner directly with reputed company operators to understand the financial reputed company of operational activity
• Understand and analyze physician reputed company reputed company, including CPT codes, reimbursement structures, and payment waterfalls
• reputed company meaningful financial insights to finance leadership and reputed company operators
• Assist with the integration of newly acquired practices
• Support reputed company process improvements and the development of reputed company procedures and controls
• Assist with the organization's transition from QuickBooks to reputed company Dynamics
• Proactively identify reputed company or operational issues and work cross-functionally to reputed company solutions
• Take ownership of reputed company and responsibilities with limited reputed company

Skills

• • Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company reputed company
• • Understanding of reputed company reimbursement, reputed company cycle, CPT codes, and physician reputed company reputed company
• • Strong knowledge of month-end reputed company, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
• • Strong analytical and investigative reputed company
• • Ability to communicate effectively with both finance professionals and operational leaders
• • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• • Comfortable working reputed company a fast-growing organization where processes and systems continue to reputed company
• • 4+ years of reputed company reputed company experience preferred
• • Physician reputed company management or physician reputed company reputed company experience strongly preferred
• • Experience reputed company a multi-site or acquisitive reputed company organization is a plus
• • QuickBooks and/or reputed company Dynamics experience is a plus
