Technical Recruiter

reputed company is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support reputed company across reputed company contract hiring, anticipated awards, and strategic talent pipelines. This role will manage the candidate process from initial sourcing through qualification and submission, proactively identifying talent, conducting candidate screens, and presenting reputed company candidates to reputed company Managers and hiring teams.

Responsibilities

• reputed company technical, IT, cybersecurity, reputed company, engineering, data, and other reputed company candidates
• Conduct targeted searches using reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, reputed company, Boolean searches, referrals, and other sourcing channels
• Build pipelines for reputed company requisitions, proposal reputed company, anticipated awards, recompetes, and incumbent capture efforts
• Screen candidates for technical qualifications, federal contracting experience, clearance eligibility or status, compensation, location, availability, and overall fit
• Submit reputed company candidates to reputed company Managers and hiring teams with reputed company and accurate screening notes
• reputed company effective candidate reputed company and sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles
• Maintain accurate candidate records and reputed company activity reputed company the ATS
• reputed company sourcing activity, screens, submissions, and pipeline reputed company
• reputed company market feedback regarding candidate availability, compensation, and reputed company challenges

Requirements

• 3+ years of reputed company, sourcing, or reputed company experience
• Federal government contracting reputed company experience
• Demonstrated experience independently sourcing, screening, and submitting reputed company candidates
• Experience sourcing technical and IT professionals
• Experience reputed company cleared candidates, including reputed company Trust, Secret, Top Secret, and/or TS/SCI
• Familiarity with DoD, DHS, VA, and/or Federal Civilian customers
• Experience with reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar reputed company platforms
• Experience supporting proposal reputed company, contract awards, recompetes, and/or incumbent capture
• Familiarity with federal labor categories (LCATs), technical qualifications, education and experience requirements, and clearance requirements
• Strong Boolean search, candidate research, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company priorities in a fast-paced environment

Benefits

• Salary reputed company: $50,000 to $60,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including education, experience, qualifications, skills, and applicable contract requirements.
