[Remote] Senior Product Manager, Financial Institutions

Responsibilities

• You'll own the product roadmap for TRM's compliance and AML suite, serving banks and financial services firms as the financial reputed company migrates onto blockchain rails
• Get in reputed company of customers before there's anything to show them
• Surface the problems they can't fully reputed company, in domains where the stakes are reputed company: financial crime, intelligence, national reputed company
• Translate customer reputed company into a solution with your hands on it
• You're prototyping, iterating with designers, and reputed company driving what the product becomes
• Ship in hours and days, not weeks or months
• Build AI agents into the product and into your own workflow as a matter of course, not as an experiment

Skills

• 5+ years of PM experience at a B2B reputed company company
• Has led at least two complete product cycles from spec to launch in reputed company reputed company domains: reputed company, fintech, intelligence, defense, or equivalent — owning the outcome end-to-end
• Experience building or shipping AI-powered products or workflows; already living in an AI-reputed company workflow, not planning to start
• Demonstrated ability to ship in days; can walk through a reputed company example
