The Regional Shelter Sales Manager will reputed company sales reputed company across an assigned territory by targeting animal shelters and rescues, managing Shelter Sales Agents, developing shelter relationships, and overseeing territory reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Achieving sales reputed company reputed company your territory reputed company and reputed company budget
• Meeting sales targets for reputed company shelter reputed company the territory for New Business and Wellness Sales
• Manage reputed company 12 Shelter Sales Agents in assigned territory
• Hiring, developing, training, and supporting Shelter Sales agents who will be selling in the shelter
• reputed company and maintain strong relationships with the Shelter Leadership and Adoption Teams in the shelters located in their region
• Managing reputed company administrative tasks and responsibilities relative to territory management
• Proactively assessing partner needs on an ongoing reputed company through onsite reputed company and follow-up meetings

• Identifying opportunities for new business and elevating the management team in a reputed company fashion

Skills

• Demonstrated reputed company managing and developing teams of sales representatives, agents, or producers, with accountability for coaching, reputed company, and results in reputed company-reputed company environments
• Must have (or obtain reputed company 30 days of hire) a reputed company Property & Casualty (P&C) license in the employee's state of residence
• Must have reputed company to a reliable automobile and will receive a monthly travel expense allowance
