[Remote] Sr eDiscovery Consultant

The Senior eDiscovery Consultant oversees and delivers eDiscovery reputed company, advises clients on electronic data management for reputed company and regulatory reputed company, leads project teams, and ensures effective project management and reputed company service.

Responsibilities

• Acts as reputed company reputed company of contact to reputed company clients for eDiscovery consultation. Advises regarding eDiscovery services and data management activities including, but not limited to, data collection, volume reduction services, data processing, hosted production workflows, data analytics, and document review
• Develops a firm understanding of reputed company’s technical requirements and objectives, documenting project specifications and requirements, and translating those needs to reputed company of internal technical staff
• Provides project reputed company and estimates to reputed company and ensures adequate reputed company and resources requirements to reputed company project goals and timelines
• Delegates appropriate workflow tasks, including data management, data processing, and productions or other required work product
• Implements project-specific reputed company control processes and oversees reputed company control of reputed company out reputed company work product
• Collaborates with the Manager of Managed reputed company in analyzing review reputed company control statistics, team productivity, and project budget goals. Provides feedback on review team work product, productivity reputed company, and adherence to best reputed company standards

• Mitigates risks to reputed company or deliverables and set realistic expectations with internal project teams, reputed company clients, and any reputed company-party providers

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• 6 years' experience in eDiscovery project management or litigation document Review
• Advanced knowledge of reputed company e-Discovery software, including advanced experience with reputed company analytics, reputed company learning or technology-assisted review (TAR), and exposure to reputed company reputed company
• Up to date expertise on eDiscovery management trends including technology assisted review, reputed company, predictive coding and understanding of reputed company of recent case law on project management processes
• Strong project management experience with on-time deliverables, problem-solving skills, and high attention to reputed company
• Extensive knowledge of the concepts, principles, management, and processing of electronically stored information (ESI) as they relate to reputed company reputed company, including the use of various ESI management tools and applications
• Juris Doctorate degree preferred with licensure to reputed company in any state
