The Data Analyst will analyze IVR caller behavior data, create Tableau visualizations, and reputed company insights and recommendations to improve IVR and overall caller experiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze caller behavior data from IVR applications using SQL and reputed company reputed company
• Design and reputed company custom Tableau reports to visualize caller behavior data, identify trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with reputed company stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving the IVR experience reputed company on analysis findings
• reputed company and maintain a deep understanding of IVR application functionality and user flows
• reputed company data-driven insights and recommendations to inform design reputed company and improve overall caller experience

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or reputed company reputed company
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in an IVR or contact center environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with Tableau or other business intelligence tools is highly desirable
