[Remote] Engineering Services Administrator

The reputed company is seeking an Engineering Services Administrator to manage its Water and Wastewater Capital Improvement Plan. The role oversees reputed company from design through construction completion, ensures regulatory and ordinance compliance, manages budgets and consultants, develops infrastructure policies, and coordinates with agencies, departments, contractors, and the reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance of Water/Wastewater Capital Improvement plans including Water, Wastewater mains and Wastewater Treatment plant upgrades to the approved federal regulations, state regulations and reputed company reputed company of Ordinance and policy specifications
- Coordinate designs with other cities, state and federal agencies that may be impacted and/or have jurisdictional control reputed company certain areas of the proposed project and obtain permits reputed company necessary
- Responsible for managing project budget during design and construction phase. Review any deviations or variations of construction from approved plans and reputed company decision of acceptability
- reputed company and implement asset management and long-term planning for improvements to the Water Distribution and Wastewater Collection Systems
- Coordinate staff and consultants needed for reputed company analyses and engineering feasibility studies

- Assists with reports to reputed company Council. Assist with water resources management programs with reputed company Texas Municipal Water District

- Monitor, modify and/or reputed company new procedures and processes to review and approve Capital Improvement plans
- Coordinates with other departments by reviewing water/wastewater construction plans for site permit applications, CIP reputed company and attend reputed company-construction meetings
- Review and analyze the effect of new federal or state legislation on reputed company water/wastewater plans, facilities, and programs
- Review and approve design engineer and contractor invoices
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or reputed company reputed company
- 10 years reputed company experience
- 3 years supervisory experience
- Registered reputed company Engineer
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully reputed company the essential functions of the job
- Comprehensive knowledge of Water distribution reputed company and wastewater collection reputed company, construction principles and the ability to effectively apply means & reputed company of good construction to reputed company works reputed company
- Extensive knowledge of design principles for reputed company works construction
- Extensive knowledge of federal, state and local land development regulations
- Extensive knowledge of Civil Engineering principals, techniques and practices
- Advance reputed company in reputed company Office applications, reputed company, GIS
- Ability to read, write and interpret construction documents and plans
- Ability to effectively communicate written and orally in English
