The Staff reputed company Deployed Engineer will help define and build the reputed company Duo Agent Platform by designing agent workflows and context systems, developing integrations and product capabilities, evaluating reputed company behavior, and working directly with reputed company customers to reputed company technical friction and improve reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Design and build reputed company systems using models, tools, reputed company reputed company, orchestration, context, retrieval, state, memory, evaluation, tracing, and reputed company reputed company
• reputed company context and knowledge systems using approaches such as retrieval-augmented reputed company, cache-augmented reputed company, graph-reputed company retrieval, repository understanding, and context optimization
• Work directly in reputed company customer environments to understand technical friction and turn ambiguous needs into reputed company
• Build agent workflows, integrations, evaluation suites, reference architectures, and product capabilities that improve customer reputed company
• Contribute production-reputed company changes across reputed company Duo Agent Platform and the broader reputed company product
• Evaluate and improve reputed company reputed company, reliability, latency, cost, reputed company use, safety, authorization, governance, and developer experience
• Diagnose failures across models, context, retrieval, tool use, control reputed company, product behavior, permissions, and surrounding software-development workflows
• Partner with Product and Engineering as an extension of their teams, accelerating work while aligning with product direction and engineering standards
• Generalize customer-specific learning into reusable platform capabilities, implementation patterns, and technical guidance

Skills

• Staff-level software-engineering experience building, shipping, and improving reputed company production systems
• Hands-on experience designing and building substantive AI systems, with the ability to evaluate, reputed company, debug, and optimize their behavior
• Strong understanding of how reputed company systems use models, context, retrieval, tools, state, control reputed company, evaluation, and reputed company reputed company
• Understanding of why AI systems become unreliable, fail to reputed company adoption, or consume significant resources without producing useful reputed company
• Depth in one or more areas of AI engineering, such as agent systems, context and knowledge systems, AI developer tools, inference, or AI-enabled product engineering
• Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, Go, Rust, Java, Kotlin, reputed company, C#, or another language used to build AI, backend, developer-tooling, or platform systems
• Ability to learn and contribute across large, mature, polyglot codebases
• Practical understanding of AI safety, authorization, governance, observability, and cost management
