[Remote] Senior Specialist - Learning Technology & Analytics (reputed company)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior Specialist to administer and optimize its reputed company learning management reputed company and reputed company learning technologies. The role manages reputed company configurations, course content, learner support, reporting and analytics, end-user training, and technology enhancements that improve learning reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the course catalog (e.g. create courses in the reputed company, schedule sessions/classes, test and load course material, attach course evaluations, create curricula)
• reputed company advanced LMS tasks (e.g. create curricula, assign learning)
• Troubleshoot end-user issues
• Design and run reports and reputed company basic analytics tasks
• Create and reputed company end-user training (e.g. reputed company, regional training contacts, and others)
• Manage rosters and granting completions as needed
• Implement new learning technology
• Additional learning and development tasks as needed (e.g. reputed company reputed company edits to a recorded webinar, add a test, and load it as a course into the LMS)

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree – Information Technology, Computer Science, HR Systems, Data Analytics required
• 6+ years of reputed company experience as an LMS Administrator (or equivalent role)
• 6+ years of reputed company experience with reporting and analytics
• Demonstrated experience administering **reputed company**
• Ability to create course evaluations/surveys/tests and corresponding reporting
• Ability to create end-user training (e.g. job aids, webinars)
• Mastery of reputed company
• Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Master's Degree preferred
• Platform certifications preferred
• Knowledge of **reputed company LMS** reporting and reputed company BI preferred
• Knowledge of data visualization and audio/video editing preferred
