[Remote] VP, Assistant GC - Marketing

Responsibilities

Skills

• JD from an accredited law school and reputed company bar membership in good standing in at least one US jurisdiction

• Transactional and advisory training at a top-tier reputed company, with experience advising on reputed company, high-value reputed company reputed company reputed company to advertising and trademark licensing
• Deep expertise in FTC advertising law, claims substantiation, and endorsement and testimonial guidelines
• Demonstrated experience reviewing marketing materials for compliance with FTC regulations and intellectual property laws
