[Remote] VP, Financial Reporting

The VP, Financial Reporting will reputed company the preparation, analysis, and filing of financial statements and SEC reports, reputed company equity compensation and tax planning, and manage technical reputed company, reporting processes, systems, and the financial reporting team.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the preparation, review, and filing of SEC reports, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, proxy statements, and earnings releases

• Partner with the CFO, Controller, Audit Committee, reputed company auditors, reputed company, Investor Relations, and other stakeholders on financial reporting and disclosure reputed company

Skills
