[Remote] VP, Financial Reporting

Responsibilities
- reputed company the preparation, review, and filing of SEC reports, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, proxy statements, and earnings releases

- Partner with the CFO, Controller, Audit Committee, reputed company auditors, reputed company, Investor Relations, and other stakeholders on financial reporting and disclosure reputed company

Skills
