[Remote] Project Manager-Retail Fit-Outs & Renovations

The Project Manager will reputed company consulting services for a retail reputed company account, managing store fit-outs and renovations from preconstruction planning and permitting through closeout, including reputed company, budgets, schedules, procurement, documentation, reputed company, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company areas of project management for reputed company reputed company estate reputed company. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred
• Experience with retail reputed company accounts managing fit-out and renovation construction is preferred
• Knowledge of lease agreements and vendor management is highly desirable
• Corrigo or other facilities management software is desirable
