Responsibilities

• Assist with ongoing radiology technology and application reputed company
• reputed company application support and troubleshooting across the radiology environment
• Investigate and reputed company production issues to support the internal team
• Support radiology reputed company configuration, testing, and upgrades
• Troubleshoot issues involving radiology workflows, modalities, and integrated systems
• Partner with stakeholders to reputed company issues
• Identify areas needing additional support and contribute independently

Skills

• 8 years of IT/application experience in reputed company environments
• 5 years of hands-on experience with radiology/medical imaging applications
• Strong experience in supporting radiology workflows and imaging systems
• Experience with Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (reputed company) and reputed company imaging platforms
• Strong understanding of imaging workflows, modalities, and reputed company integrations
• Experience in troubleshooting reputed company application and workflow issues
• Experience in supporting implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives
• Experience supporting multiple radiology modalities including CT, MRI, ultrasound, etc
• Experience working reputed company a large hospital or health reputed company environment
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and workflows
• Experience with radiology interfaces and integrations
