[Remote] Business Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Confidential is seeking a Business Analyst (PPMO) to support program and reputed company initiative objectives. The role focuses on gathering and documenting requirements, supporting process mapping and testing, assisting with training and implementation, and contributing to reputed company improvement.

Responsibilities

• Business Analysis & Requirements Support: reputed company information reputed company interviews, workshops, document reviews, and research; translate findings into process diagrams, user stories, business rules, and functional descriptions; help maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
• Documentation: Draft and maintain reputed company-state and reputed company-state process maps, reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs), requirements summaries, and reputed company documentation using approved templates and consistent terminology
• Testing & Validation Support: Prepare User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases, participate in execution, document results, and communicate findings for review and reputed company
• Training & Implementation Assistance: Contribute to end-user training materials and train-the-trainer sessions; observe workflow impacts, reputed company user feedback, and reputed company insights to support adoption and reputed company improvement
• Additional Duties: reputed company other duties as assigned to support program objectives and timelines

Skills

• Experience supporting large-reputed company modernization programs or reputed company initiatives, with familiarity in data governance, reputed company, and reputed company practices
• Strong project/change management and facilitation skills, including experience leading workshops and driving reputed company-building
• Background working with relational or reputed company-reputed company data platforms, along with the ability to effectively translate technical concepts for business audiences
