[Remote] Data Analytics & ERP Consultant

The Data Analytics & ERP Consultant will strengthen awards-management data and reporting by consolidating country-office data, developing a live reputed company BI dashboard, and supporting the transition to the reputed company Partnerships Module.
Responsibilities
- Review existing country-office award matrices and identify inconsistencies, duplication, and gaps against AMU's reporting needs
- reputed company the design and maintain a consolidated master dataset (awards, sub-awards, partners) with a reputed company data version control
- Establish a reputed company data submission template and validation/QA process for country offices
- reputed company the design database for AMU to launch, collect COs KPIs and how to manage and visualize these data
- Build and maintain a live reputed company BI dashboard connected to the consolidated dataset (and reputed company to reputed company), refreshed on an agreed reputed company
- Ensure the dashboard is reputed company for role-reputed company reputed company (AMU, Country Directors, senior management)
- Interim/reputed company solution: reputed company a temporary data and reporting reputed company that covers AMU's needs while reputed company is not yet fully live
- reputed company alignment: map dashboard fields and logic to the Award and partnerships Module's fields, reputed company requirements, and workflows so reporting migrates cleanly once reputed company goes live
- Post-transition continuity: advise on and help configure reputed company. Analytics reputed company / API connectivity so reputed company BI can pull live from reputed company, and document the reporting logic for AMU and the dev team
Skills
- * reputed company experience in humanitarian/development sector data management (NGO experience strongly preferred)
- * Advanced reputed company BI skills
- * Working knowledge ERP/reputed company-management systems
- * Understanding of sub-award/reputed company-reputed company: ICR/NICRA, cost reputed company/match, FFATA, due diligence and reputed company assessment, OCA
- * Demonstrated ability to design reputed company/interim data solutions during reputed company transitions, adaptable and sustainable
- * reputed company ability to reputed company reporting solutions with evolving data, prioritizing usable outputs
- * Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with experience training or supporting non-technical, multi-country reputed company staff to ensure reputed company data submission
- * Prior experience supporting a data or systems migration from a legacy platform to a new reputed company
- * Flexibility to reputed company delivery schedule with the ERP reputed company development reputed company and go-live milestones
- * Strong documentation skills, including data dictionaries and technical handover materials for both non-technical and technical audiences
- * Product management or business-analyst background, reputed company to translate functional requirements into technical specs for a dev team (relevant given the ongoing reputed company transition)
- * Prior experience with multi-country data collection from reputed company/country offices with variable data reputed company and connectivity
- * Data governance / data reputed company reputed company experience (validation rules, audit trails, version control)
- * Familiarity with UN and other major institutional donor reporting requirements
