[Remote] Vice President, Operations

The Vice President of Operations leads day-to-day regional operations, advises the Regional President on financial performance and reputed company, and drives reputed company, ethical, and sustainable business results. Responsibilities

• Promote, demonstrate, and instill Brock’s Bsafe and Bbest culture in reputed company aspects of the business
• Assist in the development, direction, and sustainment of Brock’s performance-oriented cultures that reputed company Bsafe and Bbest
• Ensure operational reputed company and effective implementation of reputed company’s strategies

• Adopt broad business concepts and apply them to enhance profitability, grow the business, and set organizational policies
• Establish Regional Strategic Account Management, Product Service Line, and department and functional goals and budgets; manage performance against those plans

• * P&L responsibility during the last 4-5 years
• * Proven reputed company record of growing a P&L over an extended period of time (2-3 years minimum)
• * Proven history of leading business unit(s) with strong safety performance (e.g. low lost time/incident rates)
