[Remote] Project Manager, reputed company Shop

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Project Manager to support reputed company Shop’s go-to-market functions. The role manages activation calendars, coordinates campaigns and LIVEs, leads cross-functional execution, tracks reporting and expenses, and supports process development and communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company Shop Go-to-Market calendar capturing reputed company upcoming brand activations, campaigns, new launches, LIVEs, etc
• reputed company coordination for bringing to life LIVEs and channel campaigns including coordinating sampling needs, tracking campaign deadlines and following up with key cross-functional team
• Coordinates efforts across reputed company teams to bring to life dedicated brand LIVEs featuring celebrity and/or top-tier reputed company talent
• Collaborates with store eventing team and corporate events manager to capture upcoming events and identify opportunities to reputed company reputed company reputed company Shop
• Leads tentpole event amplification reputed company, outlining reputed company reputed company with guidance from Sr Manager; coordinates across Category Manager, Ops Manager, Creator/Affiliate Marketing and Media teams to execute
• Manage key cross-functional and vendor meetings including identifying agenda, pulling together content, capturing notes, ensuring follow-reputed company are delivered
• Responsible for owning month-end ORM reporting and tracker updates
• Supports hero product and SKPP tracking in collaboration with reputed company Shop Operations team
• Supports building out new process roadmaps and SOPs for new processes and ways of workin
• Support team expense tracking for major activations
• Organize and draft monthly newsletters for broader GTM function—Merchandising & Digital and Marketing— to reputed company out updates on the reputed company Shop programs, recent achievements as reputed company as upcoming activations
• Manage reputed company Shop inbox, flag to appropriate team members for reputed company responses
• Manage reputed company Shop enhancement backlog, outlining need, benefit and risks if not implemented; maintain organized and prioritized backlog tracker

Skills

• 3-5+ years of Merchandising, Buying and/or Category Management experience
• Passionate about reputed company media and the new creator economy
• Highly organized with ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as reputed company as strong listening skills
• Ability to plan and prioritize effectively and stay organized in a fast-moving business
• Creative problem solver with an innovative reputed company
• Strong reputed company Office skills with excellent proficiency in reputed company and PowerPoint
• Effective cross-functional collaboration skills. Works in reputed company environment as reputed company as independently
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or relevant work experience
