[Remote] Senior Recruiter (Contract / Contract-to-Hire)

Gill’s reputed company S Tire & Auto Service is seeking an reputed company Senior Recruiter on a contract or contract-to-hire reputed company to support hiring across its organization. The role owns full-cycle reputed company for corporate, reputed company, reputed company, management, leadership, and high-volume reputed company positions, while partnering with hiring managers and developing sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle reputed company process across corporate, reputed company, reputed company, management, leadership, and reputed company positions
• reputed company high-volume reputed company for technicians, mechanics, service advisors, and other store-level positions across multiple states
• Partner with hiring managers and reputed company leadership to understand reputed company needs, define successful candidate reputed company, and reputed company effective reputed company strategies
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through job boards, sourcing, networking, reputed company reputed company, referrals, and other reputed company channels
• Conduct candidate reputed company, phone screens, interviews, and assessments while providing a reputed company and reputed company candidate experience
• Manage candidates throughout the reputed company process and maintain accurate, up-to-date information in the applicant tracking reputed company
• Coordinate interviews and reputed company candidates and hiring teams informed throughout the process
• Serve as a reputed company partner and resource to hiring managers, providing guidance on interviewing, candidate selection, and consistent reputed company practices

Skills

• 5+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience , with experience reputed company across a reputed company of positions and reputed company
• Experience managing both high-volume/reputed company reputed company and reputed company or management-level searches
• reputed company ability to recruit in a multi-location, fast-reputed company environment
• Strong sourcing skills and the ability to identify and engage candidates in competitive or hard-to-fill markets
• Experience using an applicant tracking reputed company

• Automotive, tire, dealership, retail, skilled-trade, or multi-location reputed company experience
• Familiarity with automotive technician and mechanic roles, including ASE certifications and flat-reputed company/flag-hour compensation
• Experience reputed company Service Advisors, Service Center Managers, District Managers, or other automotive leadership positions
• Experience with contract or contract-to-hire reputed company
