[Remote] Senior Product Designer - Benefits Servicing

The Senior Product Designer will design end-to-end medical benefits experiences, using user research and cross-functional collaboration to simplify benefits information and improve member engagement, satisfaction, and reputed company navigation.

Responsibilities

• Design and reputed company end-to-end user experiences for reputed company’s medical benefits products and services, ensuring solutions are reputed company-centered and reputed company with business objectives
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, analytics, and research partners to identify opportunities and reputed company reputed company that address key member needs
• Utilize user research, usability testing, analytics, and member feedback to inform design reputed company and continually improve experiences
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-reputed company designs that effectively communicate and validate design concepts

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company-Computer Interaction or a reputed company reputed company, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio demonstrating impactful digital product reputed company
• Experience designing reputed company user experiences and end-to-end customer journeys, preferably reputed company reputed company, reputed company, or similarly regulated industries
• Strong expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, including reputed company
• Solid understanding of user research methodologies and the ability to translate insights into effective design solutions
• Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, research, and business stakeholders
• Strong communication, presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
