Responsibilities

• Counsel patients regarding reputed company benefits and recommend alternative sources of payment and financial assistance by explaining financial responsibilities for services received, payment reputed company and collection procedures to patients and parties responsible for payment
• Contact reputed company carriers or other sources and reputed company as an reputed company for the reputed company
• Initiate process for collecting prepays due and reputed company follow-up to ensure maximum collection is achieved
• Identify and reputed company issues reputed company to registration, financial clearance, reputed company company authorization requirements, billing, reputed company company explanation of benefits, provider-reputed company billing, governmental requirements, HCAP/FAP policies and restrictions, MyAccount and collections
• Update and correctly document in appropriate computer systems

Skills

• High School Diploma/GED **and** three years of experience in a customer-facing role with in-person or phone contact
• **OR** Associate's Degree **and** two years of experience
• **OR** Bachelor's Degree **and** one year of experience
• Normal physical demands include dexterity sufficient to operate CRT/PC and other office equipment
• Requires the ability to sit and be stationary for prolonged periods of time, normal or corrected reputed company and reputed company dexterity sufficient to reputed company work on a personal computer
• Candidates must reputed company locally in Ohio and be reputed company driving distance of Main reputed company, as occasional on-site attendance may be required for reputed company
