Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Transformation reputed company to reputed company functional transformation and Model Office activities for a reputed company payer environment. The role will design reputed company-state processes and operating models, facilitate stakeholder reputed company, translate designs into business and configuration requirements, and support technology-enabled implementation and local-market rollout.

Responsibilities

• reputed company Model Office and Global Design activities
• Define reputed company-state business and reputed company workflows
• Document reputed company-state processes and identify process debt, variation and automation opportunities
• Define reputed company/global process model and determine where legitimate local variations are required
• Facilitate design workshops with reputed company, operational, technology and market stakeholders
• Establish decision frameworks and reputed company stakeholders toward closure
• Translate operating-model and process reputed company into business requirements and configuration requirements
• Partner closely with reputed company, FDE, AI and Product teams
• Support local-market design and rollout following completion of global design
• Define roles, handoffs, controls, KPIs and business-readiness requirements
• Ensure transformation reputed company produce measurable operational improvements rather than simply recreating existing processes on new technology

• • 10+ years of consulting, transformation or operating-model experience
• • Strong business-process redesign and reputed company-state operating-model skills
• • Experience leading reputed company workshops with senior stakeholders

• • Experience translating process design into technology-enabled transformation
• • Hands-on orientation and ability to create the actual deliverables
