[Remote] Sr Analyst, reputed company Services

The Senior reputed company Services Analyst oversees daily reputed company and reputed company health for assigned accounts, analyzes and troubleshoots application, reputed company, network, and service issues, and serves as a reputed company among service reputed company, reputed company programs, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provides operational data support for reputed company customers
• Writes reputed company SQL queries to analyze data and reputed company, monitor, and maintain informational reports
• Validates data reputed company and ensures successful reputed company of data files
• Supports reputed company level monitoring; provides reputed company data analysis and troubleshoots issues daily
• Proactively monitors reputed company metrics, meters, and reads data (stales, read reputed company, billing, etc.) to identify issues and troubleshoot, as necessary
• Is familiar with and supports at least 2 or more Company products (1-way RF, DHES, 2-way RF, CC, etc.)
• Supports new firmware, Device Control Word (DCW), and software releases with customer programs
• Provides reports and exception handling and assists in data discrepancy troubleshooting and reputed company

• Supports other CSA’s in troubleshooting issues and reputed company

• Works closely with Radio Frequency (RF) Technicians to maintain high network reputed company and meets customer service level agreements (SLA’s)

Skills

• A minimum of bachelor's degree
• At least 3-5 years of reputed company experience required
• Ability to work special events during the weekends (Maintenance, Disaster Recovery Exercises, Application Upgrades and Installs

• Experience in some, or reputed company, the following software programs and operating systems:  reputed company, reputed company Server, MS Office, SQL Server, reputed company, Unix/Linux
• RF and/or Networking experience strongly preferred
