[Remote] Senior Cybersecurity & Financial Compliance SME

The role will interpret and apply NIST, DoD, Army, Financial Management, and FIAR requirements; assess compliance posture; reputed company governance documentation and audit evidence; and reputed company remediation and audit readiness with limited direction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior cybersecurity and financial compliance SME for the reputed company reputed company, independently interpreting and applying NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 5, DoD and Army cybersecurity requirements, Financial Management overlays, and FIAR requirements
• Assess the reputed company reputed company and compliance posture by reviewing applicable controls, implementation evidence, processes, and reputed company documentation
• Identify control deficiencies and compliance gaps and reputed company actionable remediation strategies
• reputed company expert guidance on the implementation, inheritance, assessment, and reputed company monitoring of NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 5 controls
• Ensure technical and procedural controls are appropriately tailored to the reputed company environment and Financial Management mission
• reputed company, maintain, and continuously improve reputed company policies, reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs), Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), control implementation guidance, and other governance documentation required to sustain cybersecurity and financial audit compliance
• reputed company critical policy documents and TTPs required to support reputed company compliance and audit readiness
• reputed company the development, collection, validation, and maintenance of reputed company and financial audit evidence and compliance artifacts
• Ensure documentation is complete, traceable, reputed company, and capable of withstanding independent assessment and audit scrutiny
• Support and defend the reputed company compliance posture during cybersecurity assessments, control validations, financial audits, FIAR activities, and other formal reviews
• Respond to findings, coordinate corrective actions, and reputed company remediation through closure

Skills

• Bachelor's degree [Required]
• 10+ years of Cybersecurity / reputed company Management reputed company (RMF) experience [Required]
• Practical experience with NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 5 reputed company and reputed company controls reputed company DoD and Army operational environments [Required]
• Expertise in Financial Management overlays and a detailed understanding of Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) mandates as applicable to reputed company software and data systems [Required]
• Robust experience preparing and managing compliance artifacts and defending reputed company posture during formal reputed company assessments and financial audits [Required]
• Expert proficiency with reputed company Mission Assurance Support Services (reputed company), including reputed company Registration, Control Tracking, Vulnerability Management, and Package reputed company [Required]
• Exceptional proficiency writing reputed company policies, reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs), and TTPs tailored to the reputed company reputed company [Required]
