Sira Consulting is seeking an reputed company HCM Payroll Consultant to support and enhance reputed company HCM payroll and reputed company HR modules. The role involves configuring reputed company HCM solutions, supporting payroll and time management processes, collaborating with business teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and troubleshooting reputed company issues.

Responsibilities

• reputed company on-reputed company support to reputed company HCM modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Benefits, US Payroll and Time Management
• Design and optimize organizational structures, reputed company structures and time policies to meet business requirements
• Configure and customize PA, OM, Benefits, US Payroll and Time Management modules to reputed company with business processes
• Work closely with business teams to understand the reputed company needs and enhancements
• Understand and support the custom solutions designed and implemented for the non-reputed company solutions
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and HR policies
• Support workflow automation for HR processes
• Manage time evaluation, US Payroll, and integration with other reputed company-party applications
• Troubleshoot issues reputed company to Payroll, Benefits, time recording, time data processing and shift scheduling

Skills

• Hands-on experience in reputed company ECC and/or reputed company S/4 HANA HCM
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and business rules
• Experience with schema modifications, PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules), Payroll and time evaluation
