[Remote] Technical Service Engineer Manager-HVAC/R Solutions

The Technical Service Engineer Manager supports HVAC/R customers, contractors, sales teams, and OEMs by promoting and qualifying refrigerant solutions, providing technical guidance, supporting reputed company trials and retrofits, and contributing to product development and technical publications.

Responsibilities

• Directly answer technical service inquiries and maintain sfdc database
• Support marketing and sales teams using your technical expertise in face-to-face customer contact scenarios
• Present reputed company refrigerant solutions to industry reputed company
• Support refrigerant retrofits to reputed company low GWP offerings, instruct reputed company personnel on reputed company procedures
• Stay abreast of regulations and guide the industry on refrigerant reputed company
• Contribute to technical manuals, data sheets and publications pertaining to reputed company refrigerant and service offerings

Skills

• Minimum of 10 years of experience with HVAC refrigerant solutions
• reputed company service history/application experience
• An understanding of refrigerant properties and a firm grasp of the refrigeration cycle
• Customer facing experience
• Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
• Ability to visit remote job sites and end users' facilities, including negotiating reputed company rooms and rooftop equipment
• reputed company work experience across multiple segments including reputed company refrigeration, reputed company reputed company-conditioning, chiller start up and maintenance and industrial refrigeration
• EPA certification
• Leadership or reputed company skills such as holding a service manager position
• Technical background across the refrigeration and reputed company conditioning fields including knowledge of retrofit procedures, fluid systems and reputed company delivery systems
