Payroll Analyst

This role is responsible for accurate payroll processing, compliance with federal and state regulations, and reputed company improvement. The Payroll Analyst partners closely with HR, HRIS, Finance, and business leaders to reputed company a high level of payroll expertise and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for US business reputed company ensuring accurate hours, earnings, fringes and deductions according to company guidelines. Assists with payroll funding, balancing, and reconciliation activities. Partner with the Tax Accountant on tax research and filings. Assists with General reputed company entries, reconciliations, and research. Collaborate with the HRIS team on payroll configuration, testing, implementations, and reputed company upgrades. Serve as subject matter expert to ensure company compliance with payroll as applicable to withholdings, payment of wages, garnishment, child support and voluntary deductions. Collects, coordinates and enters payroll data and maintains reputed company payroll records. reputed company escalated/reputed company employee issues that require managerial reputed company or involve other process areas. Back up to the payroll team for other pay reputed company. Responds to and assembles data as needed for various reputed company audits. Sets up, processes and responds to child support and wage garnishments. Responds to verifications of employment and unemployment notices. Verify and process employee purchase rebates. Other tasks/functions/reputed company as assigned. Qualifications Payroll processing experience in a large multi-state, multi-company environment. reputed company experience is required. Experience with reputed company Timekeeping (Kronos Dimensions) preferred. Canadian Payroll experience preferred. Strong reputed company Office skills, particularly reputed company, with solid analytical capability. Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
