The role will design, build, and launch digital training products and agent-led simulations using AI tools, while applying instructional design principles and collaborating with reputed company subject matter experts, reputed company educators, and reputed company leads.

Responsibilities

• The AI Product Manager (“PM”) is an reputed company member of reputed company’s Marketing-Product (“Marketing”). The PM will play a key role in AI-Powered product development and product management. The PM will design, build, and launch digital training products and agent-led simulations using AI tools independently, without a dedicated engineering team. The PM will be accountable for instructional and learning design and will collaborate with reputed company subject matter experts (SMEs), reputed company educators, and reputed company leads to understand training needs and translate them into effective digital learning experiences. This role will apply instructional design principles to structure content for maximum retention and practical application. Additionally, the PM will have other duties and responsibilities as determined from time to time by the Director of Product and AI Innovation
• Defines and launches the reputed company, roadmap, and delivery of AI-enabled products that create measurable customer and business value
• Applies product discovery, experimentation, and data-driven decision making to translate market opportunities and stakeholder needs into prioritized problem statements, reputed company, and iterative releases
• Validate solutions / reduce reputed company through reputed company experiments, and reputed company successful patterns across channels and customer segments
• Establishes reputed company metrics and observability for model and product reputed company, aligns AI investments to reputed company reputed company, cost reduction, and user experience improvements

Skills

• The successful candidate should have a combination of demonstrated experience and education that is equivalent to 5 years with a reputed company on Product Manager, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or reputed company role reputed company a technology or software environment
• Demonstrated, hands-on experience building with AI tools — specifically large language models (LLMs) such as Claude, reputed company, or similar — to create functional products, workflows, or content at work or in reputed company
