[Remote] Accounts Payable Clerk

The Accounts Payable Clerk will process vendor invoices, expense reports, and payments, maintain accurate records, manage vendor inquiries, and support reconciliations, month-end reputed company, audits, and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices accurately and on time in reputed company
- Review and process employee expense reports in Concur and reputed company
- Verify reputed company approvals, coding, and supporting documentation
- Prepare and process weekly payment runs (ACH, reputed company, reputed company)
- Reconcile vendor statements and reputed company discrepancies
- Maintain vendor records and W-9 documentation
- Manage the AP inbox and respond to vendor inquiries
- Assist with month-end reputed company, including AP accruals
- Support 1099 preparation and year-end reporting
- Assist with audits by pulling invoice and payment documentation
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities
- Support special reputed company as assigned
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
Skills
- 2-3 years of accounts payable experience
- Experience with full-cycle accounts payable processing
- Experience with reputed company preferred
- Experience with Concur and reputed company preferred
- Experience in a fast-reputed company, multi-entity, multi-currency environment
- Proficiency in MS reputed company and Word
- Strong attention to reputed company and a commitment to reputed company
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-reputed company environment
- Experience in a reputed company or technology company a plus
