ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the day-to-day lien reputed company process across multiple lien categories, including Medicare, reputed company, Military, and private lienholders.

Monitor project milestones and identify bottlenecks that may delay lien reputed company or reputed company distributions.

Establish andmaintainstandard operating procedures for lien tracking, reconciliation,and reporting.

Verify that lien amounts are accurate and properly reflected in distribution calculations.

Validate settlement awards, attorney fees, expenses, lien amounts, and net reputed company recovery calculations.
Ensure reputed company liens are finalized and documented before authorizing clients for distribution.

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent reputed company experience.
