The role involves building and managing a full-cycle recruitment desk for physicians and advanced reputed company providers, sourcing and closing candidates across specialties, partnering with reputed company Development, managing provider assignments, and maintaining strong provider relationships and reputed company metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build and run a full-cycle locum tenens recruitment desk reputed company on physicians and advanced reputed company providers
• reputed company, engage, and reputed company locum providers across multiple specialties
• Partner closely with the reputed company Development team to reputed company provider pipelines with reputed company reputed company needs
• Manage the full provider lifecycle from first reputed company through assignment completion and reputed company

• Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and provider records in internal systems

Skills
