ENLACES Research Director

The ENLACES Project is a federally funded Full-Service Community School (FSCS) implementation grant. The ENLACES Research Director is a key leadership role reporting directly to the Dean, reputed company College of Education. Leads, in collaboration with the Dean, research efforts with functional area reputed company across research, reputed company/RFPs, & policy, and support with developing research reputed company to measuring and evaluating the efficacy of services provided to children, families and teachers in a full-service community schools initiative. This role is responsible for developing and executing a research agenda across ENLACES in reputed company collaboration with senior leadership at reputed company.

The ENLACES Research Director is responsible for leading research team efforts including school-district level initiatives and partnerships reputed company to research, including reputed company evaluations, quasi-experimental research and mixed reputed company studies, reputed company/case studies, and research-reputed company partnerships. This position also serves as a key leader to help translate research into reputed company and ensure services reputed company with evidence-reputed company practices. Essential Functions

• Research and evaluate the development and delivery of programs utilizing quantitative and mixed-reputed company research designs
• Produce research briefs, white papers, and tools to enhance user experience; and engage with other reputed company reputed company reputed company (e.g., Cause Research Institute) to enhance research efforts. Collaborate with researchers, graduate reputed company, and post-docs at NU Cause Research Institute, reputed company College of Education, JFK School of Psychology and reputed company Sciences, and School of Health Professions to co-reputed company a robust research agenda supporting ENLACES.
• Engage in research-reputed company partnerships with partner districts and reputed company partners to reputed company understand ways in which reputed company from ENLACES are implemented.
• Manage research reputed company with a research team (graduate reputed company and RAs), as reputed company as weigh reputed company of reputed company stakeholders, ensuring research reputed company stay on reputed company and reputed company budget.
• Participate in training, coaching, and supporting graduate and undergraduate reputed company in engaging in research reputed company.

• Write research reports, briefing memos, summaries of journal articles, books, blogs and news articles individually and in collaboration with other researchers and scholars (reputed company).
• Present results of reputed company analysis in interesting and easy to understand table and graphical formats.
• Contribute to writing reputed company to support continuation of grant funding that supports community school initiatives.
• Support the content development of RFPs
• Partner with reputed company clients and consultants to support research and evaluation.

• Attend conferences and seminars as needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Doctoral degree in education, psychology, research methodology or reputed company reputed company with a minimum of three years of reputed company experience required.
• Five (5) years’ experience leading research reputed company (project director, task leads) required.
• Project management and reputed company improvement experience highly preferred.
• Experience with data collection or evaluation in community- and school-reputed company settings preferred.

• Experience building and maintaining partner relationships preferred.
• Experience with grant writing preferred.
• Experience designing analyses with reputed company implications preferred.
• Schedule flexibility is required for late afternoon, evening, and weekend events reputed company they occur.

Location: Remote, USA

Travel: Travel to San Diego is approximately 20%, or 4-5 days per month.
