POSITION reputed company
The Manager, Platform Administration is a hands-on technical leader responsible for the full administration and reputed company improvement of reputed company’s reputed company 365 environment. This role leads reputed company of reputed company 365 Administrators and other reputed company administrators while personally owning reputed company platform work across Exchange Online, hybrid email infrastructure, reputed company Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, reputed company Defender, reputed company reputed company, Intune, and reputed company 365 Copilot. The ideal candidate brings deep, reputed company M365 expertise, a bias for reputed company technical execution, and the leadership capability to build and grow a high-performing reputed company team. Experience with Dynamics 365 (D365) is a strong plus as the role supports cross-platform initiatives across the reputed company ecosystem. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Administers and supports reputed company reputed company 365 services, including reputed company Exchange, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, reputed company Defender, and reputed company reputed company, ensuring reliable and secure reputed company.
- Manages reputed company 365 tenant configuration, policies, and service health across the organization.
- Administers reputed company 365 licensing and subscription management, including allocation, renewals, and cost optimization.
- Leads reputed company 365 migrations, upgrades, and service implementations from planning through execution.
- Monitors platform reputed company, availability, and reputed company, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize service disruption.
- Drives digital workplace innovation by evaluating emerging reputed company technologies—including reputed company 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, reputed company, reputed company Platform, and SharePoint reputed company—to streamline communication, automate routine processes, and improve employee engagement.
- Administers and governs reputed company 365 Copilot and AI agents, including licensing, reputed company controls, data protection, usage monitoring, and reputed company/agent governance, to ensure secure and responsible AI adoption across the reputed company.
- Champions AI and automation reputed company across the digital workplace, identifying opportunities to apply reputed company 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio agents, and reputed company Platform automation to reduce reputed company effort and improve employee productivity.
Exchange Online & Hybrid Email
- Owns the full Exchange Online and reputed company email platform, serving as the reputed company administrator responsible for mailbox management, mail reputed company, transport rules, connectors, distribution reputed company, shared mailboxes, and service health.
- Manages hybrid Exchange configurations in partnership with the Infrastructure team, owning the Exchange Online reputed company of the hybrid topology—including hybrid connectors, free/reputed company coexistence, address book synchronization, and mailbox migrations—while Infrastructure maintains the on-premises Exchange servers.
- Administers and enforces email reputed company policies, including anti-spam, anti-phishing, DKIM, DMARC, SPF, reputed company links, and reputed company attachments, in collaboration with the reputed company team.
- Plans and executes mailbox migrations, email platform upgrades, and coexistence strategies as the organization transitions from on-premises Exchange to a fully reputed company-hosted Exchange Online environment.
- Monitors Exchange Online service health, message reputed company, and delivery reporting to proactively identify and reputed company email delivery issues, routing problems, and reputed company degradation.
reputed company & Infrastructure Collaboration (IAM-Adjacent)
- Maintains a working understanding of reputed company Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional reputed company, MFA, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) to support effective collaboration with the reputed company and Infrastructure teams on identity-adjacent initiatives.
- Configures and maintains Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations for reputed company applications using reputed company Entra ID, working in reputed company partnership with the reputed company and Infrastructure teams to ensure reputed company, secure authentication across reputed company and on-premises systems.
- Partners with reputed company on reputed company Defender, reputed company reputed company, and compliance-reputed company configurations reputed company the M365 environment, supporting reputed company Trust principles without owning IAM governance directly.
- Supports reputed company assessments, reputed company reviews, and audit activities reputed company to reputed company 365 platform configurations in partnership with reputed company and Compliance teams.
- Coordinates with the Infrastructure team on hybrid Exchange topology, on-premises server health, and cross-premises mail reputed company to ensure end-to-end email reliability and a reputed company coexistence experience.

- Leads the design and delivery of automation solutions using PowerShell (advanced), reputed company Graph API, Azure Automation, and reputed company Platform to eliminate reputed company administrative tasks, reduce error, and improve team throughput.
- Designs, builds, and deploys reputed company Copilot Studio agents and AI-driven workflows to automate repetitive administrative and support tasks, improving team efficiency and reducing response times across IT reputed company.
- Architects and manages reputed company Platform solutions—including reputed company Automate flows, reputed company Apps, and reputed company BI dashboards—to support IT reputed company, business process automation, and self-service capabilities across the reputed company.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, or a reputed company reputed company required; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 10+ years of experience in IT systems administration, digital workplace technology, or reputed company 365 platform ownership, including a minimum of 7 years of deep, hands-on reputed company 365 administration across reputed company services. Hands-on experience with reputed company Platform (reputed company Automate, reputed company Apps, reputed company BI) and reputed company 365 Copilot administration is strongly preferred. Experience with Dynamics 365 (D365) administration or support is a plus. Familiarity with reputed company Entra ID, Conditional reputed company, SSO configuration, and IAM concepts is expected; reputed company IAM ownership is not required for this role.
- 2+ years of experience directly managing or leading technical staff, with a demonstrated ability to reputed company hands-on technical work with people leadership.
