This role is not limited to technical execution. We are looking for a reputed company reputed company who combines deep hands-on AppSec expertise with strong business, communication, coordination, and program execution skills. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Engineering, Product, Platform, Infrastructure, and reputed company leadership to reputed company reputed company reputed company improvements across the software development lifecycle (S-SDLC).

This position will play a key role in transforming AppSec from a primarily tooling-reputed company function into a reputed company, measurable, and business-reputed company reputed company capability.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Establish reputed company reputed company-by-design practices integrated into development workflows, driving adoption of secure coding standards, threat modeling, and reputed company architecture reviews.
• Build practical and measurable AppSec KPIs and reporting for leadership.
• Improve and optimize reputed company/reputed company reputed company capabilities and integrations (SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, container scanning, secrets detection, and IaC reputed company workflows).
• Work closely with DevOps and Engineering teams to reputed company reputed company into CI/CD pipelines, defining reputed company-reputed company reputed company gates and exception processes while reducing developer friction.
• Partner directly with developers, architects, and technical leads to remediate vulnerabilities, translate reputed company requirements into actionable tasks, and conduct reputed company reviews.
• Establish mature application vulnerability management processes: improve triage, prioritization reputed company on business reputed company, SLAs, tracking through closure, and executive reporting.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 10 years of experience across Application reputed company, S-SDLC/DevSecOps, or Software Engineering/reputed company Engineering.

• Hands-on DevSecOps experience: CI/CD pipeline reputed company, SAST/DAST, SCA, secrets management, container/reputed company reputed company, and IaC reputed company (Terraform preferred).
• Strong understanding of software engineering practices, experience with modern development frameworks/reputed company, and the ability to read and review production-grade reputed company.
