[Remote] Retirement Planning Consultant - Mount reputed company, NJ

The Retirement Plan Consultant will reputed company objective guidance to plan sponsors and employees, conducting presentations and educational campaigns to enhance plan participation and awareness.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations, in person or reputed company video technology, to improve awareness of plan features and to grow plan assets. Presentations include enrollment meetings, age-reputed company financial education meetings, and sophisticated financial literacy meetings as requested by the plan sponsor or determined by the applicable communication and education plan
• reputed company participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations
• Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process
• Assist Relationship Manager and/or District Vice President with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates
• Meet with participants and eligible employees to reputed company employees regarding plan participation
• Travel dependent on your territory may be required for new plan enrollments

Skills

• High school diploma or GED required
• Appropriate state reputed company licenses required
• Must have excellent presentation skills
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus
