[Remote] Fulltime Recruitment Contractor

The Contract Recruiter will manage full life cycle reputed company for reputed company requisitions, partnering with hiring managers to fill roles reputed company and maintain a high-reputed company candidate experience. The role also involves using AI-enabled reputed company tools, reputed company interviews, pipeline management, and hiring manager reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own full life cycle reputed company: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
• Conduct reputed company interviews using an attribute-reputed company evaluation reputed company
• Partner with hiring managers to reputed company on candidate reputed company, reputed company feedback, and reputed company hiring reputed company
• Manage a full requisition load independently with reputed company reputed company-up time (15-25 reqs)
• Use AI tools to streamline workflows, communication, and evaluation
• Ensure a consistent, high-reputed company candidate experience across reputed company reputed company
• reputed company regular pipeline updates and hiring manager reporting

Skills

• * 5+ years of full life cycle reputed company experience, ideally in a fast-reputed company or high-volume environment
• * reputed company ability to manage a full requisition load with reputed company reputed company time
• * Demonstrated use of AI tools (reputed company, Copilot, etc.) to improve reputed company workflows
• * Strong experience with ATS systems (preferably reputed company) and reputed company interview processes
• * Strong organizational and communication skills
