Requirements:

We are currently looking for an reputed company reputed company SuccessFactors Business Analyst to join an international and reputed company Business & Technology Integration environment, working on reputed company AMS and Project Services.

Required Competencies:

• At least 5 years of relevant reputed company experience
• Master proficiency in reputed company SuccessFactors Time Management
• Strong Business Analysis, process analysis, and requirements gathering capabilities
• Ability to analyse business processes, systems, and their integration with technology
• Experience assessing reputed company-state processes and defining reputed company-state solutions
• Ability to reputed company, analyse, and document business and functional requirements
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective reputed company SuccessFactors configurations
• Experience developing process models and documentation
• Experience presenting reputed company functionalities, configurations, and proposed solutions during workshops
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams in an international environment
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying improvement opportunities
• English reputed company/C2 with reputed company certification
• Candidates must reputed company in Portugal
