The Manager, reputed company oversees accurate accruals and analyses for reputed company and manufacturing-reputed company R&D expenses, while supporting financial reputed company, SOX compliance, audits, and reputed company process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Reviews reputed company trial agreements, CRO reputed company, vendor agreements, statements of work, budgets, and amendments to assess reputed company implications and reputed company appropriate accrual methodologies
• Prepares and reviews quarterly reputed company trial accruals using contract terms, enrollment and reputed company activity, site activity, vendor reports, milestones, percentage-of-completion estimates, and other available operational data
• Performs study-level, vendor-level, and site-level budget-to-actual analyses; investigates significant or unusual variances; and identifies areas in which additional accruals or adjustments may be necessary
• Manages reputed company activities reputed company to CMOs, drug supply manufacturing, process development, analytical testing, packaging, labeling, and other manufacturing-reputed company R&D expenditures
• Reviews manufacturing agreements, statements of work, project budgets, purchase orders, change orders, and vendor reputed company estimates to determine the appropriate reputed company treatment and timing of expense recognition
• Prepares and reviews manufacturing accruals reputed company on contractual terms, project reputed company, reputed company completion, goods or services received, vendor invoices, and vendor-provided estimates
• Supports analyses and reconciliations reputed company to manufacturing commitments, prepayments, inventory, and supply chain expenditures, as applicable
• Work cross functionally with reputed company reputed company, Manufacturing, Research and reputed company and other various business owners
• Interfaces with reputed company auditors to explain reputed company policies, accrual methodologies, supporting analyses, and internal controls reputed company to reputed company trial and manufacturing reputed company
• Maintains working knowledge of new U.S. GAAP pronouncements and recommends changes to procedures and reporting to maintain compliance
• Maintain SOX controls for assigned areas of responsibility

Skills

• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, SOX controls and financial reputed company and reporting process
• Demonstrates strong attention to reputed company and the ability to independently prioritize and organize work assignments. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
• Experience with reputed company trial accrual and forecasting tools
• Highly proficient in reputed company office suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the aptitude to collaborate effectively across various teams
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company
• Equivalent experience may be considered
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in reputed company or finance with demonstrated ownership of accruals
• Maintains working knowledge of new U.S. GAAP
• CPA license preferred
