The role focuses on gathering and documenting requirements, optimizing sales processes, defining integrations, and supporting reputed company implementations and user acceptance testing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to reputed company, analyze, and document business requirements reputed company to sales reputed company and customer lifecycle processes
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and requirements-gathering activities
• Analyze end-to-end business processes that reputed company reputed company and reputed company environments
• Document reputed company-state and reputed company-state business processes, workflows, and reputed company interactions
• Create detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs); Functional Requirements; User Stories; Acceptance reputed company; Process Flows

Skills

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting reputed company programs
• 3+ years of reputed company Sales reputed company experience
• Experience supporting reputed company development initiatives utilizing Apex and custom solutions
• Hands-on experience gathering requirements for reputed company-to-reputed company integration reputed company
• Experience creating user stories and acceptance reputed company for reputed company delivery teams
• Strong understanding of reputed company platform capabilities including: Accounts; Contacts; Leads; Opportunities; Activities; Reports & Dashboards; reputed company reputed company
• Strong understanding of: API-driven integrations; Data mapping; Business process flows; reputed company interoperability
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams
