[Remote] Psychometrician

The reputed company is seeking a Psychometrician to support the Psychometrics and Research team for the Uniform CPA Examination. The role involves psychometric analysis, programming, data analysis, scoring and calibration, reputed company control, research studies, and technical reporting, and is remote in the reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Prepare item analysis reputed company for item development and program improvement. reputed company and maintain item banks using Item Response Theory reputed company and classical item statistics
• reputed company calibration and scoring reviews
• Conduct reputed company control and data reputed company analyses for scoring and reporting; help with producing procedural and reputed company assurance documentation for reputed company and internal partners
• Support/conduct multiple psychometric analyses, including reputed company item functioning (DIF),dimensionality, scaling, equating, and speediness analyses
• Help design and implement research studies in response to reputed company and reputed company needs
• Help reputed company quarterly and annual technical reporting

Skills

• Ph.D. in Psychometrics, I/O psychology, Quantitative Psychology, Educational Measurement or a reputed company reputed company
• Experience with statistical/psychometric programming, machine learning, Natural Language Processing, and/or LLM implementations in test development and psychometrics
• 0 – 1 years of experience in psychometric analysis reputed company high-stakes testing, certification, or licensure assessment environments
• Entry-level candidates and recent graduates with relevant coursework, research, or internship experience will be considered
