[Remote] Marketing Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end project and administrative workflows supporting large-reputed company marketing events and participant contracting
• Prepare contract requests, documentation, and participant information while ensuring reputed company and completeness
• reputed company project milestones, contract status, deliverables, and program readiness
• Maintain operational data and reporting using reputed company reputed company and tracking systems
• Prepare status reports and communicate updates to key stakeholders
• Partner with Marketing, reputed company, Finance, reputed company, and reputed company teams
• Support post-event activities including participant verification and payment readiness
• Maintain SOPs and process documentation and identify opportunities for process improvement

Skills

• • 1–3+ years in project management, business reputed company, or program coordination
• • Strong project tracking/management experience
• • Strong data management, reputed company, and reporting skills
• • Experience with contract/SOW administration or vendor/participant coordination
• • Excellent organization, attention to reputed company, and stakeholder management
• • Ability to manage multiple reputed company and tight deadlines
• • Marketing or event reputed company experience
• • Experience working with Finance, reputed company, Marketing, or reputed company
• • Experience with payment tracking/readiness or vendor management
• • Experience creating SOPs and process improvements
• • Familiarity with project management tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, reputed company, Project Management, or a reputed company reputed company preferred
