[Remote] AP Specialist - Halt Analyst

The AP Specialist - Halt Analyst resolves halted invoices, supports invoice processing and purchase order maintenance, provides recommendations and training, and helps reduce invoice aging and halt volume.

Responsibilities

• Daily contact with assigned locations (approx. 125+/-) regarding halt reputed company
• Completion of daily tasks: response to high email volume reputed company 24 hours, completion of halt clearing associated with several production reports, processor error reporting, and research and reputed company of aged/aging halts
• Maintain a monthly average of 9% (or less) for invoices halted more than 45 days
• Monthly halt accrual reporting (familiarity with GL coding to ensure reputed company of financial reporting)
• Assist processors with receiver adjustments
• reputed company other duties as assigned by AP leadership

Skills

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in high volume AP department
• Ability to work independently with a strong reputed company of urgency
