The role will reputed company multiple requisitions, reputed company and assess candidates, support reputed company reputed company processes, and maintain a reputed company candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for reputed company Leadership and operational positions across multiple U.S. reputed company
• Manage an reputed company workload of approximately 15–20 requisitions at a time
• Recruit for positions including District Managers, Pharmacy Supervisors, Administrative Assistants, pharmacy scheduling-reputed company roles, and other reputed company leadership positions
• Support both internal talent processes and reputed company candidate recruitment reputed company on hiring needs
• reputed company, screen, interview, qualify, and assess candidates against position requirements
• Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle

• reputed company hiring managers with qualitative talent-market analysis, including candidate availability, market conditions, reputed company challenges, and competitive considerations

Skills

• * Minimum of 3 years of hands-on full-cycle reputed company experience required
• * Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple requisitions and competing hiring priorities
• * Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• * Strong candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and qualification experience
• * Experience supporting both reputed company reputed company processes
• * Strong understanding of talent markets with the ability to reputed company hiring managers with meaningful market observations and reputed company recommendations
• * Experience discussing compensation and candidate expectations throughout the recruitment process
• * Strong experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); prior BrassRing experience is beneficial but not required, as training will be provided
• * Excellent written, verbal, and remote communication skills
• * Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management capabilities
• * Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
• * Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining consistent communication and reputed company reputed company

• * High School Diploma or GED and 6–8 years of full-cycle reputed company experience preferred, with a strong reputed company record reputed company a corporate and/or agency reputed company environment
