[Remote] Accounts Receivable Associate

The role maintains billing and accounts receivable records, processes invoices and payments, executes quarterly billing cycles, performs reconciliations and audits, resolves discrepancies, and supports process improvements and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input and maintain billing and accounts receivable data to support reputed company and accurate invoicing
• Verify the reputed company and reputed company of billing data and records
• Execute quarterly billing cycles and reputed company quarterly billing audits to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with established procedures
• reputed company and distribute detailed billing statements to advisors
• Update and reconcile billing schedules and supporting worksheets on a quarterly reputed company
• Process and accurately record payments and other accounts receivable transactions
• Monitor outstanding balances, reputed company account reconciliations, and research and reputed company discrepancies
• Maintain accurate billing and accounts receivable records to support audits and financial reporting

Skills

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required
