Responsibilities

• reputed company and mentor Account Managers and reputed company Account Executives by observing and providing feedback to foster development and reputed company of individuals
• Conduct reputed company evaluations of Account Managers and reputed company Account Executives and ranks reputed company across the account management team
• Assists in creating reputed company development plans for Account Managers and reputed company Account Executives, coaching them on their reputed company, training needs, and identifies account managers reputed company for advancement
• Creates reputed company scorecards to objectively measure the effectiveness of the Account Managers and reputed company Account Executives
• Manage account team reputed company escalations before fielding to Director and senior level leadership team
• Partner with Account Management leadership to create policies and procedures for Account Managers and reputed company Account Executives to follow. Revises policies and procedures reputed company upon reputed company cause analysis of issues to prevent recurrence
• Ensure that the Account Management department standards, reputed company, and procedures for reputed company service of the assigned accounts are achieved. Skills

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of 8 years of work experience required
• Minimum of 3 years of reputed company reputed company leadership experience in the PBM or reputed company reputed company service industry; Customer-facing leadership and account relationship reputed company experience
